FBR increases property prices not to move in several cities, including Karachi and Islamabad

Islamabad: The Federal Revenue Board (FBR) has increased property prices not to move in 40 major cities including Karachi and Lahore.

According to FBR, the property does not move including commercial and residential apartments, flats and other properties. Previously, FBR has set property prices not to move in 20 cities.

According to FBR, the price increase is intended to increase more taxes than the real estate sector.

The city where real estate prices have risen including Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Hyderabad, Rahim Yar Khan, Sargodha, Gwadar, Lakea and others.

According to FBR, land prices in the e-seven sector of Islamabad have increased by RS. Square yards are arranged.

In addition, land prices in the F-Seven sector have been set at Rs 3.5 million per square page while land prices in the E-11 have been set at RS 110,000 per square page.

The price of land in the F-8 sector of Islamabad has been set at RS 200,000 per square page and the price of stores in the blue area has been repaired at Rs 680,420 per square foot.

On the other hand, Rika Secretary General Ahsan Malik said that the FBR rejected an unilateral increase in property prices. He wrote several letters to the FBR but no attention was paid.
