Air pollution persists in Punjab Smog settled in Lahore, bringing the city’s air quality index to 367 overall. Citizens suffered from eye and respiratory diseases.
Kot Lakhpat area of Lahore recorded 563 air quality index, 564 in Gulberg and 513 in Davis Road. 487 AQIs were recorded in DHA Phase 2, 465 in Township, 413 in Bahria Orchard, 422 in Allama Iqbal Town, 475 in Punjab University, 406 in Eden Cottages and 416 in Anarkali Bazaar.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is no chance of rain in the city today. The minimum temperature of the city was recorded at 13 degrees Celsius. The current temperature reached 17 degrees while the temperature is likely to go up to 28 degrees. The ratio was recorded at 64% Celsius.
