Three Arrows Capital (3AC) liquidators have asked a U.S. court for permission to subpoena the founders of the troubled crypto hedge fund using “alternative means.”

To this date, the whereabouts of Three Arrow Capital founders Su Zhu and Kyle Davies remains unknown, with some accusing the duo of being on the run.
