China opposes the U.S. ban on Nvidia’s sale of high-end processors to China.
BEIJING A U.S. move to prevent Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) Corp from selling top artificial intelligence chips to China undermines the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese companies as well as the stability of global industrial and supply chains, a spokesperson for the Chinese Commerce Ministry stated at a Thursday news conference.

Chip manufacturer Nvidia Corp reported on Wednesday that U.S. officials instructed it to cease shipping to China two of its most advanced processing processors for artificial intelligence development.
