London (Reuters) – Nat Tyce, who has been Head of Macro Trading for EMEA and Asia Pacific at Barclays (LON: BARC) for more than 25 years, is leaving the bank, according to a staff memo that Reuters saw.

The memo, which was signed by the bank’s head of macro trading, Michael Lublinsky, and sent to staff in recent days, said that Tyce had been “instrumental” in building and growing the Barclays macro business.

Nat has been a close partner and friend to me and hundreds of other colleagues during his time at Barclay. He will be sorely missed, “the memo said.

A Barclays representative confirmed that the memo was genuine, but declined to comment further.
