Demand for Indian-Afghan trucks to send wheat to Afghanistan rejected

Islamabad: Pakistan urges India to make arrangements to send wheat to Afghanistan through the Pakistan route within 30 days.

A spokesman for an overseas office said that he should not sacrifice sincere political offer from Pakistan. Pakistan also offers assistance to the World Food Program (WFP), which has agreed to supply and distribute wheat. India can transport wheat there through a WFP truck. India has not contacted a World Food Program on Pakistan’s offer.

The source said that Pakistan could not allow Indian trucks to enter the territory. Pakistan also refused Indian demand for the use of Afghan trucks while FBR and customs sucked Afghan’s capacity as not enough.

It is clear that Indian propaganda occurred in Pakistan’s good intentions, it insisted on sending wheat in his truck with the driver. It has taken the attitude that Pakistan will be responsible if the Indian truck and crew are attacked.
