Islamabad: Federal Chairperson of Revenue Board (FBR) Dr. Ashfaq Ahmed said that the mini budget has been prepared and the government will present it every time it is said.
Speaking with media in Islamabad informally, he said that sales tax exemptions were withdrawn in a mini budget, tax exemptions on food and medicines would be maintained.
Ashfaq Ahmed further said that taxes will be imposed on imports of luxury items. He said that it was recommended to collect additional tax on imported vehicles. Sales tax on petroleum products will be applied at the refinery stage. Will
