ISLAMABAD, – On Monday, Shaukat Tarin, the Federal Minister of Finance and Revenue, said that the government was taking steps to make sure that the economy was growing and developing.
According to a press release published by the finance ministry, these actions have enhanced the country’s overall economic picture. The federal minister said this at a meeting with the chairman of Pak Kuwait Investment Company, Mohammad A. M. Al-Fares.
He informed the visiting dignitary about Pakistan’s economic difficulties during the trying days of COVID-19. The Finance Minister lauded Pak-Kuwait Investment Company’s investment and development banking initiatives.
This joint venture between the Pakistani and Kuwaiti governments is having a big impact on many parts of the economy, he said.
Mohammad A. M. Al-Fares said that Kuwait places a high premium on its bilateral ties with Pakistan.
Both parties agreed to work together to improve their relationship in a wide range of areas, including investment, trade, and business.
Both sides emphasised that Pakistan and the Kingdom of Kuwait have had a long history of friendship, and they were pleased with how the two countries are now closer together.
