Shireen Mazari refers to the Supreme Court’s decision to dissolve the assembly as a ‘judicial coup.’

This is what Shireen Mazari said about the Supreme Court’s decision to overrule a deputy speaker’s ruling and to dissolve the assembly: It was a “judicial coup.”

Last night, a judicial coup occurred, dictating how and even when the National Assembly must convene, thereby abolishing parliamentary sovereignty! Regrettably, the subject of the United States’ effort at regime change — the elephant in the room that precipitated the Deputy Speaker’s decision was completely overlooked. However, this is not the conclusion.

The vast shadows cast by this court ruling may make one believe the game is ended, but it has just begun. For the people know who sold their souls to the US and for the sake of money, and despite the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) unexplained hesitation, it will ultimately go to the people’s court, “Shireen Mazari tweeted.”

In a momentous decision, on April 7, the Supreme Court declared the deputy speaker’s decree to be unconstitutional and reinstated the dissolved National Assembly.

When Imran Khan and President Arif Alvi did something, the court ruled that it was invalid. The speaker could not adjourn without voting on a no-confidence vote.

The court ordered that the legislature reconvene on Saturday, (April 9) to vote on a motion of no confidence. Additionally, it directed that the voting process be free of obstructions.

On Friday, in response to the opposition’s reaction to the Supreme Court’s decision to dissolve the National Assembly and reject the opposition’s no-confidence resolution, Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Senator Faisal Javed Khan said the opposition seemed to believe it had won but had not.

They have been defeated. Once again, sweets are thrown away. Take note of my remarks. Insha Allah, only time shall tell. “The populace has spoken, “Faisal Javed tweeted.

He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was capable of overcoming obstacles. He added that on Friday evening (today), the Kaptaan would make a significant statement, and that the Prime Minister would never disappoint his people.
