Ralph Lauren Files for a Trademark for His Name and Logo.

9 trademarks for the name and logo of Polo Ralph Lauren have been filed. This is an American fashion company that makes clothes for women. In order to protect its Polo Player Logo and the names POLO and RALPH LAUREN, the company filed for trademarks for these names and the logo.

Mike Kondoudis, a trademark lawyer who is licensed by the US Patent and Trademark Office, has tweeted about the trademark application.

This includes virtual fashion shows, NFT-backed multimedia, virtual hotels and restaurants, virtual clothing and shoes, and virtual fragrances, among other things.

Besides that, the trademark application includes downloadable multimedia files of works of art that are related to fashion and other things that people wear. These files are authenticated by the National Federation of Trademarks (NFTs). Other things that can be downloaded are computer software for cryptocurrency wallets and virtual goods that can be used to play in online virtual worlds like Second Life.

Patrice Louvet, the CEO of Ralph Lauren, said earlier this month that the company is looking for ways to get young people to buy their clothes. Also, he had said, “There are a lot of similarities between the metaverse and Ralph’s vision because we are not a fashion company.” We work with dreams.

Many companies in the fashion business have gone into the metaverse and made their own NFT collections. Recently, some of the most well-known fast-food chains have also filed trademarks for names and logos in the metaverse and NFT.
