PTI decides to file a review petition in the Supreme Court to keep NA’s ruling in place.

People for Equality and Justice (PTI) will file a review petition against the Supreme Court’s decision to reinstate the national assembly. This is because the PTI thinks the decision was unfair (NA).

Sources say PTI Chairman and Prime Minister Imran Khan has finished talking to the lawyers about this. This is the end of the meeting.

Sources say that in the petition, PTI will ask the Supreme Court to uphold the decision made by the NA deputy speaker on April 3, which led to the lower house being dissolved.

That’s what it said. The ruling party will also refer to Article 69 of the constitution in the petition, it said.

At the top level, the Supreme Court on Thursday overturned the deputy speaker’s decision to throw out the no-trust resolution against Prime Minister Imran Khan and to dissolve the National Assembly. The president did so on Khan’s advice.

A few days ago, Prime Minister Imran Khan spoke to the country, and he said that he started his party 26 years ago because he wanted to make sure that Pakistan was treated fairly. The Supreme Court did not care about the accusations of a foreign conspiracy, and it overturned the ruling of the National Assembly Deputy Speaker, Qasim Suri.

He said that he was disappointed with the Supreme Court’s decision. He said that he would not accept an “imported government” and that he would start a protest against the new government.
