Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday had phone conversations with his Crown Prince Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan during the course of which he strongly deplored the latest attempt to launch a missile of Houthis in the UAE.
The premier praised the prompt and effective air defense action of the UAE that helped save precious lives.
He expressed his deepest support for the government, leadership, and the citizens in the UAE and expressed his deep worry about the recent rise in the number of attacks that have gravely put at-risk regional peace and security.
The prime minister reiterated Pakistan’s constant commitment to efforts to defend and promote peace in the region and security through diplomacy and dialogue.
The two leaders also discussed bilateral cooperation, as well as matters of mutual interest and they, agreed to maintain regular and frequent discussions at the highest levels.
