Pakistan — in an emphatic reproach to the Indian reaction following Prime Minister Imran Khan’s discourse at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) — completely expressed that Jammu and Kashmir never was and never will be a piece of India, including that New Delhi has no case over the locale other than that of a “military occupier”.
“In Jammu and Kashmir, India has no other case than that of a military occupier. It is constrained to utilize exposed power to force its occupation on a reluctant and persecuted individuals. Solicit the individuals from Jammu and Kashmir and they will let you know unequivocally: Jammu and Kashmir isn’t a piece of India. It never was and never will be,” said Zulqarnain Chheena, speaking to Pakistan at the gathering.
