IPL 2022: MS Dhoni’s new commercial tells viewers not to write off any team in a funny manner.

This year’s IPL season kicks off on March 26, and cricket fans can’t maintain their cool. Considering the previous fourteen seasons of the gala tournament, it’s safe to say that viewers have been well entertained. There’s little doubt that the IPL has played a significant role in the development of T20 cricket throughout the years.

Many admirers must have marked their calendars because of these reasons. A new Star Sports commercial starring Chennai Super Kings (CSK) skipper MS Dhoni has been unveiled as the IPL 2022 countdown gets under way. Two individuals are seen attempting to defuse a bomb that is made up of several coloured wires in a humorous commercial. The senior pro thinks that all of the other wires, save for blue and yellow, can be spliced together and discarded.

Then MS Dhoni comes on the screen, warning the two to be cautious around other cables. The explosive detonated because the two ignored his caution. There is some speculation that the colours blue and yellow represent Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings, who have won the IPL championship five and four times respectively. The commercial ended with Dhoni urging supporters to have an open mind and not discount any team.

Is the IPL 2022 season going to be the last one for MS Dhoni?

To counter that CSK will enter as reigning champions and have little problem maintaining their crown. This might be Dhoni’s last season as a player for CSK. Because of this, he’ll have a lot of attention. Despite the fact that he hasn’t used his bat much in the previous several seasons, his leadership and precise strategies have been crucial to the team’s success.

In the meanwhile, the next IPL 2022 will include two new teams, the Lucknow Super Giants and the Gujarat Titans. As a result, the IPL will include ten teams for the first time since 2011!

If you don’t know, the teams have been grouped according to their previous season’s results. Both groups of teams will play twice each for a total of six matches. The other teams in the other group will face off against the team once.
