Narendra Modi, the Indian Prime Minister, has congratulated Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on becoming Prime Minister.
On Twitter, he said: “Congratulations to High Excellency Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on becoming Prime Minister of Pakistan.” He said India wants peace and stability in a region where there is no terror so that we can work on our development projects and make sure our people are happy and healthy.
