FIR AGAINST PMLN LEADERS

Lahore police gave an announcement late on Monday late evening saying that the case enlisted before in the day against PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif and other gathering pioneers at the Shahdara police headquarters for “scheming” against the nation and state organizations was done as such on the grievance of a “private resident” and not the state or its foundations.

The explanation came after police enrolled a first-data report (FIR) against a few PML-N pioneers on the grumbling of a resident, Badar Rasheed, under Section 10 (cyberterrorism) of the Pakistan Electronic Crimes Act (2016) and areas 120-A (meaning of criminal intrigue), 120-B (criminal connivance), 121-A (trick to take up arms against Pakistan), 123-A (censuring the formation of the nation and supporting the abolishment of its sway), 124-A (rebellion) and 153-An (advancing hostility between various gatherings) of the Pakistan Penal Code.
