Ibrahim Kalin, a spokesman for Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said that the Turkish president will meet with Vladimir Putin on Sunday to talk about the Ukraine crisis. He said that Turkey was ready to help solve it.
Kalin reiterated Turkey’s offer to host negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, pleaded for an early end to hostilities, and emphasised that Turkey could not forsake relations with either Moscow or Kyiv.
