ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said on Friday that opposition parties throughout the nation lack genuine leadership, and as a result, they are losing on all fronts against the federal government.
“I congratulate the entire nation on the passage of the law today.” The measure granted the State Bank of Pakistan the necessary independence. “Its board will propel Pakistan forward,” he remarked. During his visit to Lahore, Prime Minister Imran Khan will monitor the progress of residential developments, according to the minister.
“Whenever the courts have intervened in governmental policy, it has caused problems for the country, such as in the Reko Diq case. “The Punjab government has filed an appeal against the ruling of the Lahore High Court against RUDA,” he stated.
According to the minister, if the media did not pay attention to the opposition, there would be no room for them in the country. For the first time in a long time, there have been no financial allegations levelled against the country’s prime leader.
We congratulate the PPP and Yousuf Raza Gilani for their indirect assistance to the government by voting in favour of the SBP bill, he remarked.
The information minister stated that the government, in collaboration with the United Kingdom, will repatriate former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and re-incarcerate him at the Kot Lakhpat Jail. “There, we’ve prepared new restrooms for him,” he continued.
